Klaus Bachler and Michael Christensen are the new Porsche Juniors

The decision is made: Austria’s Klaus Bachler (20) and Michael Christensen (21) from Denmark are the new Porsche Juniors. The two talented youngsters, who have already notched up creditable successes in karting and diverse Formula racing series, will contest the 2012 season of the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland. Supervisory Board of Porsche SE extends appointments

Prof. Winterkorn and Hans Dieter Pötsch appointed for five more years

Stuttgart, 9 March 2012. In today’s meeting the Supervisory Board of Porsche Automobil Holding SE (Porsche SE), Stuttgart, extended the appointment of Prof. Dr. Martin Winterkorn as CEO and Hans Dieter Pötsch as CFO by five years effective 25 November 2012. They will exercise these tasks in addition to their functions as members of the Management Board of Volkswagen AG, Wolfsburg.

Dr. Wolfgang Porsche, Chairman of the Supervisory Board expressed his sincere thanks to the two Board Members for their successful work and said that he is convinced they will bring in their respec-tive know how and experience for the good and the further development of Porsche SE.

Porsche Panamera is Europe’s most popular car for the second time

Internet Auto Award for Porsche’s Gran Turismo

Stuttgart. The Porsche Panamera has won the Internet Auto Award in the higher and luxury class. Users of Internet portal AutoScout24 gave pride of place to the Gran Turismo for the second time since 2010.

Dr. Gernot Döllner, Director Product Line Panamera, accepted the evening award on behalf of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart at the Geneva Motor Show. “The Panamera offers the ideal combination of sportiness and practicality,” said Dr. Döllner. “With a choice of nine different Panamera models, we offer a model diversity unrivalled by any other competitor in this segment,” Dr. Döllner continued.
