Terms of Sale Prices Net F.O.B. (Freight On Board) Richmond , Virginia USA . All prices are subject to change without notice. Much of what we sell is dependent on exchange rates at the current time.

Payment All sales prepaid or COD Cash, money order, cashier or certified check, and bank cards are acceptable forms of payment. Bank wire transfers are also suggested as a convenience. Personal and company checks accepted only after the check has cleared and funds are deposited in our account. Note: This may cause delay in shipping. On all COD shipments, customer pays COD fee if demanded by the carrier. (COD orders available for wholesale accounts only!). All goods remain property of Lüfteknic, LLC. (“Lufteknic”) until payment is made. Deposit required on special orders.

Shipping All orders are shipped via UPS or Federal Express unless weight or size is prohibitive, in which case motor freight will be used. We can also use the US Postal Service for small packages. Only when specific instructions are given will the shipping mode be altered. Orders received before noon for a product that is in stock are usually shipped the same day. For orders placed on our web site, shipping charges are approximate. Some shipping quotes are not accurate and will be recalculated manually. Most common are orders being shipped to outside the 48 contiguous States. We will advise you of any additional shipping charges and ask for your approval. The actual shipping charges will appear on the e-mail confirmation and on the invoice you receive with your order. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. UPS or Federal Express will not deliver to Military APO/FPO boxes. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. If your credit card’s billing address is a P.O. Box, please provide an alternative ship-to address when ordering. We can not ship to countries where shipments are prohibited by the United States Government. Returns and Exchanges If we should fall short of expectations and you need to make a return or an exchange we want to make it a hassle-free event. Included in all shipments is a return form to help simplify the process. Please note the following steps to expedite your return or exchange. Please call us at 1.804.343.3363 for a return authorization code.

–We do not accept unauthorized returns.
–If your order was received with freight damage, you must file a claim with the freight carrier immediately. Please save the original packing materials for later inspection.
–We triple check all orders for quantity; if you note a shipping discrepancy we must be notified within 5 days.
–All returns or exchanges require a return authorization code and are subject to inspection, before a refund, or store credit is issued.
–No COD refunds accepted
–All items must be in clean, unused, and original condition returned in their manufacturer’s original packaging.
–No returns or exchanges after 30 days of sale date.
–No returns or exchanges on books, electrical parts or parts that have been installed
–No returns or exchanges on SPECIAL ORDER merchandise.
–Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charged or deducted, whether the item(s) was ordered over the phone or the website.
–Used parts are purchased as is, where is.
–No returns or exchanges without the original invoice, or sales receipt number.
–Freight charges are non-refundable.

How to Handle Cores All cores are to be returned to Lufteknic. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse credit for cores. Cores that Lufteknic determines, in its sole discretion, to be un-rebuildable or unusable, will either receive no credit or only a partial credit, as determined by Lufteknic. A copy of the sales receipt or invoice must accompany the core. Refunds will be credited to customer’s bank card or by Lufteknic company check.

Packaging Claims When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier immediately. We provide good merchandise, properly packaged to the carrier. Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier FIRST, not to Lufteknic.

Limited Warranty on New Parts All new parts are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned at customer’s expense for replacement. We will replace all defective parts which were purchased new, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or if they have been abused in any way. Parts must be installed by a certified technician. “Do it Yourself” installations are not recommended. All warranties and/or guarantees are voided if products have not been installed properly by a qualified licensed auto mechanic experienced in the installation of the product(s). There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts (including new parts) or work used for competition, or track driving school events. There is no warranty on electrical parts. Certain products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. All new parts, with the exception of electrical parts, high performance products and products already carrying a manufacturer’s warranty will be warranted against manufacturing defects only for 6 months from the date of sale. Customer shall notify Lufteknic within 10 days of discovery of any such defects. We reserve the right to withhold refund until the defective part has been examined and tested. Lufteknic is not responsible for shipping costs on items returned under this limited warranty. Lufteknic is not responsible for labor charges due to incorrect installation or faulty or defective parts. Please inspect items carefully before installation!

Our Used Parts There is NO WARRANTY on used parts. All used parts, including engines and transmissions, are sold “AS IS” and come with no warranty unless otherwise stated. Used parts are not returnable.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity Customer assumes all liability and risk arising from the ordering, purchase, use or installation of new and used parts that are purchased from or installed by Lufteknic. Lufteknic shall not be liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells or installs including, but not limited to, high performance products, engine conversion kits, engine chips, springs, sway bars, exhausts, racing harnesses, window nets, fire systems, racing suits, helmets, turbochargers or superchargers. Customer agrees to indemnify Lufteknic from any and all claims (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of the product(s) it purchased from Lufteknic or had installed by Lufteknic. Lufteknic is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. By purchasing products from Lufteknic or by paying Lufteknic to install any products, Customer is acknowledging that it agrees to accept this Limitation of Liability and these Terms and Conditions.

Use of Products Many items, including engine conversion kits and computer chips, are sold for competition and off road use only. It becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Some Lufteknic products are not legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicles. Performance products are legal in California only for racing vehicles, which may never be used on a public highway.

What We Sell We sell new and used parts for Porsche vehicles. Please note that product descriptions and photographs used on our online catalog are examples only. Actual item may differ. The Customer shall inspect and accept or reject acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this sale immediately upon the arrival of the shipment, and shall, within three (3) working days after this arrival, give written notice to Lufteknic of any claim that the Terms and Conditions set forth herein are not acceptable. The Customer expressly waives any right the Customer may have to revoke acceptance after such three-day period.

Fraudulent Orders We will seek to prosecute any and all fraudulent transactions. We use all means necessary to convict including recording of IP addresses. All fraudulent orders will be filed with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center). The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). http://www.ic3.gov

Applicability These Terms and Conditions are applicable to every order placed by the customer, whether online at Lufteknic’s website or by telephone, including all future orders.
