2006 Porsche 911 C2
Number 15 of 16 cars built by Synergy Racing Competition Porsche cars. This 2006 911 was built for our customer to their Stage 1 ‘Sportsman Competition’ specification, which had minimal upgrades installed for performance and primarily focused around safety aspects for the driver and passenger.
After the owner had become comfortable with the handling and performance of his car as delivered, we provided and installed a number of track-oriented suspension components to get the most out of the chassis and the Dunlop slicks, in addition to a few updated safety components and a Guard differential.
-Chassis: 2006 Porsche 911 C2 type 997 Synergy Racing Competition Stage 1, w/ Synergy Racing RSR-inspired safety cage, AIM digital dash and data logging system, reduced weight. Lüfteknic installed Recaro Pro Racer driver’s seat for improved safety and driver ergonomics, re-certified / serviced fire bottle new Willans harnesses.
-Drivetrain: Factory 997 M97 3.6L w/ stock clutch and flywheel, Lüfteknic installed Guard Transmission ‘Club’ limited slip differential, Mobil 1 Delvac (SHC formula) gear oil.
-Suspension: Öhlins TTX double-adjustable racing dampers w/ Eibach ERS Springs custom built / valved for this application, Tarett Engineering monoball control arm ends w/ 996 GT3 control arms, Tarett solid thrust bushings, bump steer kits, Porsche GT3 sway bars front and rear, Tarett sway bar end links and mounts.
-Brakes: Factory C2 calipers and rotors w/ Pagid pads, ATE Type 200 racing brake fluid.
-Wheels: BBS E88 w/ Dunlop slicks.
